Data Deletion Instructions

How to request deletion of your personal data from Ng'ombe Kuu

Your data belongs to you. You can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated farm records at any time. Requests are processed within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your account profile (name, email address)
  • All farm records (cows, milk production logs, expenses, breeding records)
  • Your WhatsApp opt-in preferences and associated phone number
  • All session and authentication data
Note: If you have communicated with the Service via WhatsApp, Meta may retain message metadata in accordance with their own Privacy Policy. We have no control over Meta's data retention.

How to Request Deletion

Via your account Fastest
  1. Log in to your Ng'ombe Kuu account.
  2. Click your profile icon and go to My Profile.
  3. Scroll to the Account Settings section.
  4. Click "Delete My Account" and confirm.

Via email
  1. Send an email to webmaster@ember-insights-studio.com with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
  2. Include the email address associated with your Ng'ombe Kuu account.
  3. We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
